Please take a quick moment to familiarize yourself with some new policies that will be in place at the spa due to Covid-19.
We have been taking the utmost precautions and observing sanitation requirements issued by the state board. Please know that we are doing everything we can on our end to keep the spa clean and safe. We are looking forward to a time when spa operations can go back to normal and we’re sure that day will come. For now, we hope to continue providing the quality services you have been used to but just a bit differently. We cannot wait to see you again!
KN95 or N95 masks will be required when inside the spa. Please wear your own as we cannot provide them at this time. Cloth masks will not be accepted.
As we will need extra time between clients to clean and sanitize, the door will be locked and we won’t be providing door codes. Please wait in your car upon arrival. We will text you when it’s time to come in, open the door for you and promptly usher you back to wash your hands.
Limiting the number of people in the space at one time is important to us.
Please arrive alone for your service as we cannot accommodate any extra guests or children.
We strongly encourage contactless payment methods. We may invoice you via email or require pre-payment when booking your appointments.
We reserve the right to refuse appointments. If you have been or are sick, have been or are currently caring for someone that is sick, we ask you to please not book at this time. We will be emailing you a waiver to sign prior to your appointment to verify that you are healthy. Thank you SO much for your cooperation.
